Medicine Description : A targeted oral therapy for recurrent H3 K27M-mutant diffuse midline glioma (DMG), Dordaviprone (Modeyso) activates ClpP protease to kill cancer cells. Approved for patients aged 1 year and older with progressive disease after prior therapy. Taken weekly, it improves response rates and duration of response. Common side effects include fatigue, headache, nausea, vomiting, and muscle/joint pain. Monitoring is needed for QT prolongation and blood abnormalities.
